Arctic Silver Alumina ADHESIVE Thermal Paste
ASAA
In Stock

Arctic Alumina Adhesive uses a layered composite of aluminum oxide and boron nitride.

Arctic Alumina Adhesive is a pure electrical insulator, neither electrically conductive nor capacitive.

A set of Arctic Alumina Thermal Adhesive consists of two tubes containing a total of 5 grams of adhesive (2.5 grams each of parts
A and B) and a plastic reusable mixing wand. (Approximately 3cc total adhesive.)

Although lighter per set than Arctic Silver Adhesive due to its use of ceramics rather than silver, each set of Arctic Alumina Adhesive
contains the same amount of adhesive by volume as a set of Arctic Silver adhesive and will cover the same area.

CAUTION!
Arctic Alumina Thermal Adhesive is a permanent adhesive.
Any components you attach together with Arctic Alumina Thermal Adhesive will stay attached forever.

Arctic Alumina Thermal Adhesive should be kept cold and away from UV light (sunlight and florescent lighting).
We recommend refrigerating the unused material and allowing it to come to room temperature prior to use.

Arctic Silver Alumina Thermal Paste 1.75g
ASA17
In Stock

Made with micronized aluminum oxide and boron nitride:
Arctic Alumina uses a layered composite of three unique shapes and sizes of ceramic particles to maximize particle-to-particle contact area and thermal transfer. This exclusive combination provides performance exceeding most metal based compounds.

Controlled triple phase viscosity:

Arctic Alumina does not contain any silicone. The suspension fluid is a proprietary mixture of advanced polysynthetic oils that work together to provide three distinctive functional phases. As it comes from the tube, Arctic Alumina's consistency is engineered for easy application in a thin even layer. During the CPU's initial use, the compound thins out to enhance the filling of the microscopic valleys and ensure the best physical contact between the heatsink and the CPU core. Then the compound thickens slightly over the next 50 to 200 hours of use to its final consistency designed for long-term stability.
NOTE: (This should not be confused with conventional phase change pads that are pre-attached to many heatsinks. Those pads melt each time they get hot then re-solidify when they cool. The viscosity changes that Arctic Alumina goes through are much more subtle and ultimately much more effective.)

Absolute Stability:

Arctic Alumina will not separate, run, migrate, or bleed.

Electrical Insulator:

Arctic Alumina Compound is a pure electrical insulator, neither electrically conductive nor capacitive.

Clean Up:
Arctic Alumina Compound cleans off easily from CPUs and heatsinks. In most cases, simply wiping with a dry cloth will easily remove the compound from the CPU and heatsink.

Arctic Alumina is sold in:
1.75 gram tubes.
(A bit more than 1cc) This is enough compound to cover at least 25 to 35 small CPU cores, or 9 to 15 large CPU cores, or 4 to 8 heat plates. At a layer 0.003" thick, one tube will cover approximately 24 square inches.

3.5 gram tubes.
(About 2.2cc) At a layer 0.003" thick, one tube will cover approximately 48 square inches.

14 gram tubes
(About 9cc) At a layer 0.003" thick, one tube will cover approximately 192 square inches.

Arctic Silver Matrix 2.5g Thixotropic Premium Thermal Compound
AC-MATRIX
In Stock

Thermal Matrix

The unique blend of micronised zinc oxide, aluminium oxide and aluminium particles in silicone base oil forms a thermally conductive matrix that provides class-leading performance and exceptional long-term stability.

Performance Attributes

Matrix's silicone suspension fluid and conductive fillers are engineered for easy application and superior surface wetting. This enhances performance and offers better heat transfer than other Arctic Silver retail market thermal compounds. During initial use, Matrix wets the thermal surfaces and fills the microscopic voids and valleys. With time, pressure, heat and vibration, Matrix achieves superior thermal contact between the surfaces.

Electrical Insulator

Matrix is not electrically conductive.

Performance

Offers 2-12°C lower CPU full load core temperatures than standard thermal compounds or thermal pads when measured with a calibrated thermal diode embedded in the hottest section of the CPU core.

Break-In Period:

Due to the unique carrier fluid used and the shapes and sizes of the thermally conductive particles in Matrix, it will take a minimum of 300 hours and multiple thermal cycles to achieve maximum particle to particle thermal conduction and for the heatsink to CPU interface to reach maximum conductivity. (This period will be longer in a system without a fan on the heatsink.) On systems measuring actual internal core temperatures via the CPU's internal diode, the measured temperature will often drop significantly over this "break-in" period. This break-in will occur during the normal use of the computer as long as the computer is turned off from time to time and the interface is allowed to cool to room temperature. Once the break-in is complete, the computer can be left on permanently if desired.

Noctua NT-H1 Pro-Grade Thermal Paste, 1.4ml
NOC-NT-H1
49 In Stock
Noctua's NT-H1 is a pro-grade TIM solution for enthusiasts who demand both exceptional performance and maximum ease of use: A hybrid compound of different micro-particles allows for minimum thermal resistance, excellent ease of use and outstanding long-term stability. Excellent performance NT-H1 consists of a hybrid compound of different micro-particles, which has been specifically optimized for use in PC environments. Thanks to its extremely low thermal resistance as well as excellent pliability and spreadability, NT-H1 achieves outstanding results. Maximum ease of use & efficient dosage As NT-H1 spreads very well under pressure, there's no need to smear it over the heat-spreader. This reduces both the consumption of paste and the time spent on the installation process: Put one drop of NT-H1 onto the of your CPU, install the cooler and that's it! Top-performance right from the start NT-H1 reaches its full performance extremely fast and doesn't require a longer 'burn-in' time. Excellent long-term stability NT-H1 doesn't contain any solvents or other substances with low flash point and provides excellent long-term stability. Due to the compound's exceptional curing, bleeding, dry-out und thermal cycling characteristics, NT-H1 can be used for several years without any problems. Not electrically conductive, non-corroding NT-H1 possesses a very low dielectric constant and a high dielectric strength. Therefore, there's no danger of short-circuits even in case of direct contact with components or conducting paths. Fully compatible with all materials commonly employed in PC environments, NT-H1 is suited for use with aluminium and copper coolers.

Zalman ZM-STG2 Super Thermal Grease, 3.5g syringe
ZM-STG2
344 In Stock

Zalman's new Super Thermal Grease will ensure an excellent thermal connection between the heat source (e.g. CPU) and heatsink. It maximises heat transfer by eliminating minute air gaps caused by the two irregular surfaces.

It is conveniently packaged in a syringe which enables easy application and also prevents unnecessary waste of grease. The syringe also ensures that the grease is kept fresh for a longer period of time, which is useful because one bottle of ZM-STG2 will be enough for up to around four applications.

Installation instructions

Clean any particles or residue from the contact surfaces of both the heat source and the heatsink. ArctiClean is an excellent product for removing any old thermal compound. Next, apply the ZM-STG2 sparingly and in a "cross" shape on the surface of the processor. It is not absolutely necessary, but if you have time we would recommend that you then spread the compound evenly using a straight plastic edge or your finger (rubber gloves recommended). Finally, install the heatsink/cooler as per the manufacturer instructions.
